- DIN Type 피팅은 ISO 8434-1, DIN 2353 및 DIN EN 3850 표준에 따라 제작되었으며 석유 및 가스 및 건설 장비에서 매우 다양한 용도에 사용된다.
탄소강 또는 스테인리스강으로 만들어진 4~42mm의 크기가 가장 보편적이다.
DIN(Deutsches Institut für Normung) M나사와 BSPP나사가 가장 일반적인 Type이다. - 재질 및 사용 온도
- 철: -40°C up ~ +120°C (DIN 3859)
황동: -60°C up ~ +175°C
스테인레스: -60°C up ~ +400°C (DIN 17440) - 사용압력
- Low (LL) Up to 100 bar
Medium (L) Up to 500 bar
High (S) Up to 800 bar
The
male DIN 3852 Type A & B couplings will mate with the female DIN coupling
shown below. The
male and female type A & B couplings have straight threads. Sheet
1 refers to straight metric threads, and sheet 2 refers to straight Whitworth
threads. The
seal occurs when the ring seal (Type A) or the face seal (Type B) mates with
the face of the female port. These
are two series of DIN 3852 Type A & B couplings, the light (L) and the
heavy (S) series.
